We want you to love your StillPoint. If it isn't the right fit, we'll make it right.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at hello@trystillpoint.life with your order number and we'll take care of you from there.

OUR RETURN PROCESS

Because StillPoint is a personal care product worn on the nose, returned devices can't be restocked or resold. Rather than ask you to package and ship it back, we keep things simple: once your return is approved, we'll ask you to cut your StillPoint into four pieces with household scissors, snap a quick photo, and email it to us. Once we receive your photo, we'll process your full refund — no return shipping required.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation. If more than 15 business days have passed, reach out at hello@trystillpoint.life.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your StillPoint is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at hello@trystillpoint.life and we'll make it right immediately.

EXCHANGES

To exchange for a different size, contact us to start the process and we'll guide you through it.

SALE ITEMS AND GIFT CARDS

We're unable to offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt under EU consumer protection law. Please contact us at hello@trystillpoint.life to initiate.
