A NOTE ON THIS PRE-ORDER
StillPoint Air is currently available as a pre-order. First Batch is 400 units, handcrafted in the USA. All orders placed now will ship in May 2026. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
PROCESSING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after you receive your shipping notification.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery after shipment:
- Standard shipping: 3–5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (additional charge applies)
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@trystillpoint.life and we will do our best to make a correction before your order ships.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If the package remains unaccounted for, contact us at hello@trystillpoint.life and we will work with you to make it right.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. All delivery timeframes are estimates.
